The 12-week fall/winter rental (utilities included) is paid in three installments of $1400, for a total of $4,200. The first installment is paid upon your arrival and the two subsequent payments are paid at 30 and 60 days.

A $500 deposit, which holds the apartment in advance of arrival, is refunded (minus a $100 cleaning fee) after your departure, provided that you leave the apartment as it is when you arrive.

The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel unless we are able to rebook, in which case all but $50 is refunded.
