Summer weekly rentals (June – October) are from Sunday 4pm through Saturday 10am.

The 2025 rental fee is $640 per week for single occupancy or $710 per week for a couple, with a $50 discount for subsequent consecutive weeks of a two- or multiple-week rental. To reserve, contact Maureen Egan. Upon confirmation, a 50% deposit is required. The balance is due six weeks prior to arrival.

Please note that neither deposits nor balances are refundable unless we are able to rent the apartment to someone else. In that case, all but $50 will be refunded. Please plan accordingly.
